Keep in mind that all homes have things that an inspection will reveal, no home is perfect and usually some maintenance is needed. Our main objective here is to find health/safety concerns or large ticket items that we weren't already aware of, and ensure you still want to move forward with the home purchase. Unless you're buying a new construction home, chances are that not all of the systems, furnace, a/c, appliances, roof will not be brand new.
