I'm originally from Maple Grove, Minnesota. Today, I'm based in Eden Prairie and proudly serve clients throughout the Twin Cities. Before real estate, I spent over 20 years in the car business, starting as a lot attendant and working my way up to General Manager and running the Morrie's Car Buying Center. That experience sharpened my negotiation skills, strengthened my leadership abilities, and built the strong work ethic I bring to every transaction. I also spent three years as o property project manager, coordinating cleaning crews, handymen, painters, junk removal, and lawn care teams, which allows me to evaluate homes with a detailed and practical eye. My path into real estate began unexpectedly when my landlord decided to sell the home we were renting just three months before we were expecting a baby. Under pressure, I found that I genuinely loved the process of evaluating homes, estimating repair costs, and solving the puzzle of finding the right fit. That experience sparked my passion for helping others navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. What sets me apart is my attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to honesty and transparency. I want my clients to remember me as knowledgeable, straightforward, and always ready to fight for their best interests. My goal is to continuously improve, build a strong future for my kids, and grow a consistent, system driven business. Outside of real estate, I enjoy boating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with my kids. Being a dad is my greatest motivation, and I'm proud to also serve clients in Russian as well.
